Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Supply Chain TPM to join their team. As a Supply Chain TPM, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain TPM

Location: Menlo Park, CA (100% Client Onsite)

Pay Range: $80-85/hr on w2

What's the Job?

Manage and deploy supply chain solutions across multiple functions including Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Order Management/Fulfillment.

Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, establishing effective action plans for successful execution.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive supply chain programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Implement and optimize supply chain processes and tooling, leveraging technology stacks such as Oracle, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, and Agile PLM.

Maintain structured communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.

What's Needed?

Experience in supply chain operations, business transformation, or program management within supply chain functions.

Proficiency with supply chain solutions and software suites, including custom and off-the-shelf tools.

Strong project management skills with a track record of managing, implementing, and deploying supply chain solutions.

Ability to proactively identify risks and develop strategic action plans.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
