Job Title: 11am-7:30pm UPS Shuttles Job Description

Join our team as a key player in our warehouse operations. This role requires you to efficiently handle various warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

Generate manifests to dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders.

Interpret warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate it from receiving or production areas to designated areas.

Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to predetermined sequences.

Prepare products for distribution within facilities.

Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping.

Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products under established guidelines.

Arrange stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers.

Create and enter records for the manifest on the warehouse computer system.

Essential Skills

Fluent English: read/write/speak

0 - 6 months warehouse experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with material handling, picking, packing, and shipping

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No certification required

Willingness to certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts navigate safely. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse. The environment is non-climate controlled, and sneakers, boots, or steel toe shoes are acceptable attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
