Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Day Time

Fri04:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Sat04:30 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following security-related policies, and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.

Monitor customer and employee traffic, report suspicious behavior, and/or help support loss prevention awareness through visible presence and timely communication.

Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or after-hours checks as assigned, while maintaining attention to property conditions and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
