Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Own campaigns end-to-end from conception through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment (Product, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Deployment, Performance Marketing, Data Science)

Own CRM marketing initiatives for a product or vertical

Provide strategic recommendations on channel mix and campaign approach

Partner with Data Science and Analytics to inform strategy based on performance insights

Act as the programmatic liaison to execute campaigns, including:

o Managing intake SLAs and prioritization

o Partnering with Project Management to drive stakeholder alignment

o Supporting rollout of global/regional initiatives

o Participating in key syncs and prioritization forums

o Providing ongoing stakeholder support via Slack

This role supports lifecycle marketing for centralized verticals within a broader business portfolio - including industries such as airlines, automotive, hospitality, and logistics, using the platform to engage their customers via direct bookings or vouchers.

This work is niche within a transactional product environment, so understanding B2B marketing is the core requirement.

Multi-regional experience is ideal - campaigns run across major regions (North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC), so familiarity with localization and regional partnership nuances is valuable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
