Mergers and Acquisition Finance Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the development sector, is seeking a Mergers and Acquisition Finance Manager to join their team. As a Mergers and Acquisition Finance Manager, you will be part of the Development department supporting strategic growth initiatives across Latin America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mergers and Acquisition Finance Manager

Location: Remote, with reporting requirements approximately twice a month in Fort Lauderdale, FL

What's the Job?

Support research activities to identify potential acquisition targets based on strategic criteria.

Assist in preparing financial models and valuations to evaluate acquisition prospects.

Help develop acquisition strategies, including transaction structures and stakeholder collaboration.

Develop clear presentation materials for internal reviews and leadership discussions.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations teams to support transaction workstreams.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment.

Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes.

Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries preferred.

Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to senior leadership.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
