Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating Card Operations and Complaints Corrective Action Issues (CITs) to ensure all PCS-owned milestones, tasks, and deliverables remain on track. The role drives early risk and issue escalation, ensures alignment with Issue Management policies and risk governance requirements, and supports task execution as needed.

Key responsibilities include developing procedures, defining vetting criteria, preparing and challenging milestone documentation, and maintaining milestone-level tracking for all confirmed CITs impacting PCS. The position partners with Issue Management Coordinators, process owners, SMEs, analytics, and Compliance and Risk partners, and provides regular reporting, leadership updates, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations

Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong presentation skills

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,050.00 - $73,000.00
