Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract (6-7 Months)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00/hour (flexibility based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish/English) to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, temporary assignment (6-7 months) with an immediate start, partnering closely with HR leadership and serving as a key resource for employees and managers.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating as a front-line point of contact within the organization.

Schedule Details:

Monday-Friday, full-time hours

Two days per week: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexibility required)

Remaining days follow standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily HR support across multiple functions including onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and performance management

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, addressing questions and resolving workplace issues

Partner with HR leadership to support initiatives and ongoing HR strategies

Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and follow-up

Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and events

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Support reporting efforts by compiling and analyzing HR data

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

3-5+ years of HR generalist experience

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
