Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is seeking customer service-oriented individuals to support our client in a high-volume, on-site call center environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with benefit-related inquiries through phone and non-phone channels while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service. Responsibilities:

Assist customers in a timely, professional, and accurate manner via inbound phone calls

Maintain performance standards for quality, accuracy, productivity, and timeliness

Research routine inquiries, apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills, and provide appropriate recommendations

Document, resolve, and close customer cases while coordinating with internal departments as needed

Collaborate with peers and management to ensure consistent and quality customer resolutions

Participate in training to learn servicing fundamentals and support multiple plans

Support customers through additional service channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person support, or off-line project work

Qualifications:

Customer service experience required (call center or customer-facing preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to hold conversations while reviewing plan information

Strong written communication skills to respond to online or written inquiries

Basic computer skills and ability to multitask in a structured environment

Ability to work full time, on-site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Willingness to commit to the role long-term, with opportunities for internal movement after two years

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
