Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and respect

Answer phones and assist callers with scheduling, questions, and reminders

Help coordinate appointments including virtual sessions and interpreter services

Support intake and admissions by gathering information and completing documentation

Assist with client check-in and check-out while maintaining confidentiality

Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate program information

Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe reception area

Enter and maintain data accurately for reporting and compliance

Coordinate communication with internal teams and service providers

Provide general administrative support including organizing files and ordering supplies

What We Are Looking For

Two to three years of customer service or administrative experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask with confidence and stay composed in a busy environment

Bilingual English and Spanish skills strongly preferred

Comfort working with diverse populations

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is a plus

Professional, dependable, and respectful approach

Strong sense of empathy paired with thick skin and emotional resilience

Work Environment and Schedule

Fully on-site role in Hartford, CT

Monday through Friday with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Fast-paced front-desk and administrative environment

Role involves frequent face-to-face and phone interaction

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
