Job Summary:

The Junior Customer Service Representative will assist customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat. They will provide information about products or services and help process orders and resolve complaints while maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

· Call Center experience in a utility company environment.

· Ability to handle Customer Inquiries professionally.

· Proficiency in providing Product Information, including pricing and availability.

· Experience in Order Processing, returns, and exchanges.

· Skills in Complaint Resolution within a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Requirements:

· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

· Previous experience collaborating with other departments to address customer needs.

Pay: $ 18.28/hr.

Shift: onsite, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Pay Details: $18.28 per hour
