Robot Welding Part Loader

1st Shift 6:30am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do

Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line for the robot to weld a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product and consistent delivery.

Duties:

Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture

Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other @types of finishing tools to ensure quality product

Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection.

Read and understand operation standard, as needed, such as blueprint.

Manual movement and lifting by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools.

High School /GED diploma preferred (required to maintain the pre-treatment system only)

Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator)

Technical ability to escalate issues when identified

Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead
