Summary:

Meta's campus is the central hub for EMEA Finance operations, supporting a broad and rapidly growing team. We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to provide high-level support to up to three Directors within Meta's Finance Leadership Team. This role is a strategic partnership, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to enable our leaders to operate at their highest level.

Required Skills:

Executive Administrative Partner - Finance Leadership Responsibilities:

Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple Finance Directors, including scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts

Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring clarity of purpose and efficient use of time

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and contingency planning

Proactively address last-minute changes and ensure seamless travel experiences

Prepare and process expense reports and purchase requisitions in compliance with Meta's policies

Support procurement and administrative processes to minimize friction for executives

Organize and execute high-impact events such as team all-hands, leadership offsites, and cross-functional summits

Manage logistics from concept to execution, ensuring events foster team spirit and collaboration

Serve as a liaison between Finance leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including partner admin teams and business operations

Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective information flow

Distribute key company and organizational updates to relevant stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted conduit for sensitive information

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years providing executive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense administration

Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives at the same time, with proven skill in creating clear and concise emails, reports, and documents, as well as effectively managing competing priorities

Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive)

Professional proficiency in English is required, as this role involves reviewing regional content and communicating findings across international teams

Demonstrated experience of identifying new opportunities for the larger organization and influencing the appropriate people to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and handle information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as the primary administrative partner to multiple Directors, site leads, or regional leaders, including community engagement and cross-functional coordination

Experience acting as a de facto Chief of Staff, managing executive communications and information flow

Project management expertise, either through formal certification or hands-on experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
