As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. The Opportunity

As part of the Banking Transformation team you will lead strategic initiatives in technology modernization and architecture. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers a unique chance to shape client engagements and mentor the next generation of leaders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Business Application Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems preferred

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration strategies

Building solutions leveraging virtualization and service-oriented architecture

Selecting and implementing banking technologies and platforms

Establishing enterprise data capabilities and governance

Leading project management workstreams and large development projects

Utilizing creative problem-solving and consultancy mindset

Communicating with diverse audiences and stakeholders

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
