As a Home Health Account Executive , you will:

· Work as part of a sales team that reports to an Area Director of Sales

· Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned geographic territory to promote CenterWell's home health services.

· Build and maintain referral source relationships.

· Prepare business plans and maintain target lists using a CRM. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.

· Gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required/Preferred Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.

Excellent selling, organization and problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent CenterWell's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.

·Post acute health care sales experience such as Home Health, Hospice, SNF, DME, Ortho, Cardio, Infusion, Imaging, or Laboratory, preferred.

Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$58,700 - $78,500 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
