What You'll Do:

Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and adherence to internal controls

Ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation prior to payment

Coordinate weekly check runs, ACH payments, and expense reimbursements

Reconcile vendor statements and research/resolution of discrepancies

Maintain vendor files including W-9s, payment terms, and contact updates

Assist with month-end closing activities such as AP aging review and accrual preparation

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues

Support process improvements to enhance AP workflow efficiency

Assist with audit requests and provide documentation as needed

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Accounts payable experience

Strong working knowledge of invoice processing, payment workflows, and AP best practices

Familiarity with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, pivot tables a plus)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

A team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently

Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
