Job Summary
SHI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee Marketing Department initiatives that support the organization's evolving needs. As a key member of the Marketing PMO team, this role will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and departmental workflow optimization. The Marketing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Marketing support teams to contribute to process improvement efforts, support the implementation of workflow enhancements, and enable cross-team adoption.
This position reports to the Marketing PMO Supervisor.
Role Description
Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop,maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.
Plan, schedule,andfacilitateproject kickoff, status/stand-up, andcloseout meetings,maintaininga professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.
Trackproject progressand manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuringtimelyfollow-up, accountability, and resolution.
Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactivelyidentifyingrisksand implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines andobjectives.
Build,maintain,andoptimizeworkflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end-to-endexecution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardization of processes within the Marketing Project Management Office (PMO).

Preferred Skills
Experience using project management platforms; Asana preferred.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience as a project manager?(or related experience). Experience supporting Marketing, Operations, or IT projects is a plus.
Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within the first yearinthe role.
Ability to travel 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000k - $110,000k, which includes a base and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
