Location: Napoleon Community Schools, Napoleon, MI
Enviro-Clean is hiring a hands-on manager to lead custodial operations across school facilities. You'll manage teams, ensure quality standards, and build strong relationships with school staff.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise custodial teams
Manage schedules, staffing, and coverage
Maintain quality and safety standards
Train and coach employees
Work directly with school staff
Requirements
Supervisory experience required
Facilities/janitorial/hospitality experience preferred
Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
Comfortable working afternoons/evenings
