What You'll Do Meet production quality, quantity, and safety standards on the shift Act as a liaison between management and plant personnel Assign daily work assignments to maximize shift operations Keep management abreast of disruptions or changes to output Assist in the development of employees including training, holding employees accountable and providing performance feedback to the Shift Supervisor Operate production equipment and monitor the quality of output and machine performance

What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of experience within the construction or manufacturing industry preferred Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a positive manner Must be willing to work in the elements most of the workday Some heavy lifting will be necessary
