Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

Daily Workflow: Manage sales staff email inboxes, address client concerns, and keep the team updated on new orders

Systems Management: Log into and operate Good Shuffle inventory software (the customer will provide training) and use the SNIP program to coordinate "job sold" data with shop staff

Client Outreach: Send follow-up emails to pending clients regarding their status and distribute "coming soon" preparation guides using established templates

Administrative Support: Answer incoming calls for all locations, create and print labels/forms, and assist with marketing material distribution

Sample Coordination: Prepare and mail out swatch samples to prospective clients

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job requirements:

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google Search/Maps is required

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and software chat

Reliability: Consistent attendance during the 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM shift is essential for candidates looking to transition to permanent hire

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately manage inventory entries and administrative tasks

Background check and drug test required
