CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client seeks an Administrative Assistant/Secretary I to provide secretarial and administrative support.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Secretary I

Location: Corning, NY

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri

Education: High School Diploma (minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive between Corning and Fairport each day (no overnight travel)

Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

Compose correspondence, memos, and reports

Provide general administrative and secretarial support

Qualifications:

High School Diploma minimum

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

Additional Information:
