Reference #: 5311 Key Accountabilities

Operates warehouse inventory control system in order to maintain the inventory for the area.

Responsible for the physical control of inventory per Management's instructions.

Ensures that all inventory transactions are recorded and documented to protect against pilferage and loss.

Responsible for keeping the inventory area locked at all times.

Receives, checks and records shipments of operating supplies and materials to verify accuracy of shipments in accordance with shipping instructions.

Responsible for conducting weekly physical inventories and submitting results to the Operations

Retrieves, records, and distributes supplies and materials as requisitioned by department members and approved by the department manager.

Continually emphasize safety. Participates in safety meetings, hazard hunts and ensures JSA's are followed.

Know, follow and periodically review the requirements established by job policy and procedure. Follow established procedures and guidelines

Report unsafe acts, conditions or hazards immediately

Follow instructions given by supervisory personnel.

Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of well stimulation equipment.

A working knowledge of inventory control practices and principles.

Must possess organizational skills as required for completing alpha and numerical file maintenance.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Must have the knowledge and ability to operate a forklift.

Required to run parts as necessary and pass a satisfactory MVR review.

Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, received and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English. Minimum Required Education

H.S. Diploma - Required Minimum Required Work Experience

2 years of inventory experience - Required

Licenses and Certifications

Valid Driver's License Class - Required
