Property Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Somerville, Massachusetts. In this role, you will support daily operations within property management, ensuring efficient communication with residents and accurate documentation. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where strong administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to property management by handling documentation, correspondence, and scheduling.

Assist with the leasing process, including entering resident applications and maintaining accurate records.

Communicate with residents by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about available units.

Showcase available rental units to prospective tenants, delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, utilizing tools like Yardi (training provided).

Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts or departments.

Maintain organized office operations by handling receptionist duties and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless property management operations.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive resident information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in property management or leasing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.

Ability to learn and adapt to property management systems like Yardi (prior experience is a plus but not required).

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.

Detail-oriented approach with the ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.

Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
