Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - 5 Month Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator for a 4-5 month contract position. This role will not transition into a permanent position. The Administrative Coordinator will handle various office-related tasks, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and addressing other office needs. Additionally, the coordinator will support the property management team with daily administrative tasks, ranging from stuffing envelopes to more comprehensive administrative duties. Position is great for someone looking to get quick, short term experience or work for a short term period.

Responsibilities

Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for necessary office needs.

Support the property management team with daily administrative tasks.

Perform data entry tasks and manage calendars.

Handle clerical duties and provide front desk support as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Strong administrative and clerical skills.

Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately.

Experience in calendar management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role.

Ability to commit to a 5-month contract.

Experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office setting with business casual dress code. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Position is located in Downtown, Louisville. Parking paid for

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
