Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wakefield, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to support day-to-day office operations while ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, for field crews and other team members.

Organize and schedule meetings, maintaining a clear and accurate calendar for the team.

Track schedules and project progress using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.

Maintain office records and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and thorough responses.

Support the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with moderate to advanced skills in Excel.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. TalentMatch®
