Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, working collaboratively to ensure high-quality output and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Newark, DE

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements.

Collaborate with engineering teams on setup, calibration, and process improvements.

Perform quality testing and rework activities to ensure product standards are met.

Utilize sophisticated programs to collect and analyze operational data for on-line adjustments.

Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field is beneficial.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
