CAPA Manager - Nutrition Manufacturing, Casa Grande, AZ
We are seeking a Senior Manager, CAPA, to lead and continuously improve quality assurance programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is critical in ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while driving a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Work On
Lead and develop a team of Quality Systems Engineers across multiple manufacturing locations.
Own and administer the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and root cause rigor.
Drive proactive compliance with internal, domestic, and international quality regulations (FDA, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, QSR).
Partner cross-functionally to identify and execute quality improvement initiatives.
Serve as a quality leader and subject matter expert, providing guidance on investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Ensure appropriate quality resources and support are available to meet business needs.
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and disciplined problem-solving methodologies to reduce risk, improve performance, and drive efficiency.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor quality performance.
Coach and mentor team members, set goals, and manage performance.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate effectively with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of people leadership experience.
8-10 years of increasing responsibility in quality within a manufacturing environment.
Proven success driving performance improvement, risk reduction, and cost containment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
Six Sigma Black Belt (strongly preferred).
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
Industry certification.
Experience in global or matrixed manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience with process improvement tools (KPIs, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, SPC, process validation).

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 - $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
