Job Title: Nursing Assistant (Contract)

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Pay: $28 - $41 per hour

Shift: 1 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Join our patient care team as a Nursing Assistant! You'll provide hands-on support with daily activities, help maintain a clean and safe environment, and support our nurses by recording vital signs and reporting changes in patients' conditions. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility, etc.). Take and record vital signs for stable patients. Observe, report, and document patient information. Maintain patient identification and follow safety protocols. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe patient care area. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Use electronic health records as required.

Requirements:

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Ability to communicate effectively and work well under stress. Knowledge of basic nursing aide procedures and infection control. No formal education required.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $41.00 per hour
