Job Description

To provide Technical Leadership to the AMD FM Operations team to deliver strong management of client

Assets by implementing proper maintenance strategies, appropriate maintenance programs, effective

CMMS management.

To provide technical expertise and technical advice to EMEA client team when managing Asset Life Cycle

and replacement.

To ensure CW IFM team remain compliant with any statutory maintenance obligations across the

EMEA portfolio.

Skills and Requirements

Engineering qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.

Time served engineer with at least 5 years management experience in a Technical role

Experience managing large Office portfolios across EMEA

Technical Services Delivery in a high-quality office environment with Global clients
