Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency. This is a Contract to permanent position, ideal for someone seeking a dynamic opportunity in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate personnel.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records and databases.

Manage daily mail operations, including sorting, distributing, and processing outgoing and incoming mail.

Assist in maintaining an efficient mailroom and ensure timely delivery of department mail.

Coordinate email correspondence and ensure communications are clear and effectively managed.

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Greet visitors and act as the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Uphold organizational standards by maintaining a clean and orderly office space.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance workflow.

Ensure all administrative duties are completed promptly and accurately. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in handling mail operations, including sorting and distribution.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in email correspondence.

Ability to perform data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail.

Familiarity with reception duties and providing excellent customer service.

Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
