Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Operations Warehouse Clerk to join their team. As a Operations Warehouse Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Warehouse Clerk

Location: Durham, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Create and process purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials

Verify order confirmations for accuracy and completeness

Receive shipments, inspect deliveries, and assist with product assembly as needed

Pull, package, and palletize orders for shipment

Oversee shipment scheduling, track deliveries, and manage all details in the ordering process

What's Needed?

Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

Ability to operate a scissor lift and forklift (certification preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
