As a Security Officer - Museum Gallery Patrol in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-tech industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting daily operations. You will monitor assigned areas, document observations, respond to concerns, and provide standout customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies and, when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols of industrial buildings, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as open doors, damaged fencing, or equipment issues, and report findings through required logs and communication channels.

Support compliance with site rules by assisting with badge checks, visitor processing, and/or contractor check-in procedures as directed by post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A Guard Card and/or security-related license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
