As a Registered Nurse at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, you'll have all the staffing support, technology and resources you need to deliver safe, high-quality care-so you can focus on what you do best.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care on the assigned hospital unit. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy, mission and values of the hospital and the Department of Nursing and will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families, and the community. The Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, coordinates the plan of care for assigned patients. The Staff RN participates in the performance improvement initiatives as directed.

What qualifications you will need:

RN Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Current FL or Multistate Compact RN License (if multistate license, must change primary state of residence within 90 days)

BLS approved per policy

NRP

ACLS approved per policy within 6 months of hire

STABLE within 12 months

AWHONN FHMPP within 12 months

At least one year of RN experience required, preferably in t; Labor and delivery experience preferred.
