We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Moodus, Connecticut. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues by offering effective solutions and maintaining a positive approach.

Process orders and manage data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely service.

Build trust and establish long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and attentiveness.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to deliver informed responses.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure records are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.

Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.

Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
