Job Title: Construction Worker - Interior Remodel/Renovations

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Huntington Beach as a Reno Technician where you will be part of a duo responsible for renovating vacant apartments. Your work will involve performing tasks such as basic plumbing, including changing faucets and shower heads, basic electrical work like installing ceiling fans, carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings, and drywall patching and replacement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments.

Perform basic plumbing tasks, including changing faucets and shower heads.

Conduct basic electrical work, such as installing ceiling fans.

Carry out carpentry work, including installing baseboards and door casings.

Patch holes in drywall and replace sections as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair.

Experience with hand and power tools, including sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

Understanding of painting, electrical systems, mechanical inclination, plumbing, and construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

The position operates on a first shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, working in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
