Job Title: Assembler

Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas

Job Overview

We are hiring Production Assemblers to support a new product line building fans and fan components for data center servers . No assembly experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Candidates with electrical or mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble fans and fan components accurately and efficiently

Learn and perform all required production tasks

Work overtime as needed to support project timelines

Use basic mechanical aptitude to operate equipment and understand processes

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Identify and solve routine problems on the job

Essential Skills

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in various environments (ladders, heights, confined spaces)

Understanding of general workplace rules and procedures

Strong teamwork skills

Basic math abilities

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Skills

Willingness to learn all tasks and processes

Ability to learn operation of tools and equipment including:

Power hand tools

Forklifts

Skyjacks

Cranes

Measuring devices

Commitment to quality work

Positive, adaptable attitude

Work Environment & Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Some Saturday work , but never back-to-back weekends

Orientation & training : 1st shift for two weeks

Climate-controlled facility

Safety-toed shoes required

Supportive workplace that accommodates personal situations when possible

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mulberry, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
