Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our El Paso TX Eaton facility.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. The ability to multitask and delegate is essential with this role since the daily priorities change day by day.
The responsibilities will include supervision and direction of all shipping and receiving and material handler employees, maintenance of inventory accuracy, and resolution of issues with receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods. This will include the development of processes to achieve a zero-incident culture, maximize output and maintain inventory accuracy.
The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for finished goods inventory control by managing cycle counts, physical inventory processes, and internal materials replenishment strategies to meet inventory DOH and excess & obsolete management targets.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
In this role:
Lead and participate on daily tier meetings with a cross-functional team focused on departmental performance and issue resolution. Lead weekly departmental meetings to communicate safety topics, department or plant-wide activities, business updates.
Establish clear expectations and goals to employees and maintain accountability for results including required training.
Implement and maintaining an atmosphere of 5S and continuous improvement to accomplish department and plant goals.
Maintain and update material handling processes, standard work, and work instructions as needed.
Direct management of the material handlers, logistics coordinators, and related SCM activities.
Maintain accurate records including overtime, attendance, and corrective action registers.
Monitor and provide employee coaching with respect to safety, quality, and productivity performance (attendance, training, coaching, overtime).
Daily reports for shipments and track on time to ship, identify gaps and develop corrective actions.
Train and educate the materials management team on the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools.
Support the execution of optimized materials storage and handling processes and procedures.
Coordination of the logistics as required by scheduling trucks based on product specifications and location requirements.
Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
Qualifications:
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years warehousing prior experience, inventory management and logistics
Two or more years of supervisory experience (manager of people)
Proficiency in verbal English/Spanish communication
No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates currently residing TODAY within a 50-mile radius of Eaton's El Paso TX facility will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
