Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant III provides high-level administrative support to an executive leader within the Cardiac Center and serves as a key resource for a team of 4-8 cardiologists at a large pediatric health system. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cardiac Center executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence

Support administrative needs for 4-8 cardiologists, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination across clinical and operational teams

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office 365

Serve as a liaison between physicians, leadership, and internal departments

Utilize EMR systems (Epic preferred) to support administrative and operational workflows

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Skills and Requirements

5+ previous experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders or physicians

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
