SR Admin Assistant

We are looking for an accomplished senior administrative assistant with
a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and polished presence. This
position will be responsible for a variety of high-level administrative
functions to support senior executives and our leasing and property
management teams, including processing commercial leases, database entry
and maintenance, report production, and administrative projects as
assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience
supporting senior management. Advanced computer skills with demonstrated
proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to organize, prioritize and
coordinate multiple assignments in a busy office environment. Able to
exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal
communication skills to navigate frequent interaction with the company?s
leasing, legal and property management groups. Able to solve problems
independently and work with minimal supervision. Experience with
Constant Contact preferred, but not required Thorough knowledge of
common office administrative practices, procedures, systems and
