You will be the Systems Engineer Control Account Manager for the F-35 Simulation and System Labs (SSL) Simulation Development team which is responsible for designing, procuring, developing, testing, and sustaining aircraft flight simulation systems as well as integrating and testing aircraft software, systems, and subsystems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Control Account Manager you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical execution of work scope across multiple contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to perform cost and schedule variance analysis, develop monthly estimate to complete assessments, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Identify and assess risk and opportunity impacts, implement scope changes, and baseline new projects in accordance with established monthly business rhythms.

Collaborate with Project and Deputy Project Leads to resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to department and program processes.

Monitor and report performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Support financial forecasting and budget planning for the simulation development portfolio.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -?This position is located at a facility that requires?special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret?clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and/or technical scope.

Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication.

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field from an accredited college or university.

Desired Skills:

Technical degree preferred.

Control Account Manager Experience.

CAM Certification or PMI/PMP Certification.

Strong EVM knowledge/experience with appropriate applications/execution tools.

Familiarity with the F-35 Mission Systems domain.

Previous experience on Advanced Development Programs.

Previous Project Management or Project Engineering experience.

Experience in the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation).

Previous Risk and Opportunity Management development and tracking experience.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
