As a Developmental Technician specializing in General Facilities and Maintenance at Walmart, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures. Working under the guidance of the local Market Manager and team ,you'll follow established schedules and guidelines, performing inspections, cleaning, and repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications :
18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Canlift upto 50 lbs. at atime
Can move up and down laddersfrequently
Comfortable working at heightsfrequently
Ability to sit or stand forlongperiods
Able to work in varioustemperatures
Mustmaintainan excellent drivingrecord
Key Responsibilities:
All primary responsibilities will beassistedor performed under the direct supervision of an experiencedtechnician
Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets byutilizingmultiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment) and using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to completejobs
Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repairactivities
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenancecalls
Inspecting,operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnoseissues
Complete all required training requirements tooperateequipment and toolssafely

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 - $31.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Valid Driver's License.
1 years' experience in following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade. OR 2 years Walmart store experience.
