How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs to ensure their comfort and dignity.

Act as a vital link in the clinical chain by observing patient responses and reporting real-time data to your preceptor to ensure proactive care.

Support clinical decision-making by documenting patient observations and test results, helping the RN team refine and execute effective care plans.

Ensure seamless patient transitions by preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for recovery.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
