Job Description
This role supports high-visibility employee technology initiatives and requires close partnership with senior leaders across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to disciplined execution and effective oversight of technology investments. Responsible for managing the portfolio aligned products by overseeing compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of a product. Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product, and supports other Portfolio Managers in meeting business objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), customer needs, KPIs (key performance indicators), and financial targets.
Responsible for managing the portfolio aligned employee technology products (Microsoft 365 suite, ServiceNow, IT Support, Employee Tech Hardware, IT Asset Management) by overseeing compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of a product. Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product, and supports other Portfolio Managers in meeting business objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), customer needs, KPIs (key performance indicators), and financial targets. Ensures end-to-alignment of the portfolio of business priorities to financial targets by collaborating and relaying dependencies within and across Product Owners in the Portfolio(s). Oversee the development and production of portfolio management reporting to leaders, business partners and teams in collaboration with product owners and managers. Serves as a POC throughout the portfolio management process to ensure decisions are in line with company strategic and financial goals on an ongoing basis, working with cross functional product teams using Agile, Product Management & DevOps best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite including Copilot, ServiceNow, IT Support, Employee Tech Hardware, IT Asset Management
In-depth and breadth of expertise in product discipline including agile, product management and DevOps practices and values
Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, high-quality presentations for senior leadership, including synthesizing complex information into concise, executive-ready materials
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and automate workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with financial management, investment planning, and governance processes
Highly tech-savvy expert generalist with broad and deep technical skills across diverse domains
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
