Job Description Summary
The Global Clinical Operations Manager provides international clinical leadership and operational oversight for occupational health services across multiple aerospace facilities. This role is accountable for clinical operations, regulatory and medical compliance, program implementation, and contract performance across all clinics and non-clinic (NOSM) sites in the region. The Global Clinical Operations Manager partners with the Medical Director, EHS, HR, and Site Leadership to execute the global strategic plan, standardize occupational health programs, and ensure high-quality, compliant services that optimize employee experience, health outcomes, and business performance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Regional/International Clinical Leadership & Governance
Lead and oversee clinical operations and compliance of occupational health services for all sites (clinics and NOSM sites).
Implement and enforce global and regional medical compliance programs, aligning with GE Aerospace expectations, OSHA and other country-specific regulations, ADA, DOT, HazCom, local health departments, data privacy and other health guidelines.
Interpret and apply government rules and regulations globally/regionally that affect employees and clinic operations.
Support and help execute the Health Services Strategic Plan developed with department leadership focusing on employee experience, quality outcomes, and safe, efficient service delivery.
Multi-Site Program Implementation & Compliance
Implement and execute compliance programs at all sites (clinic and NOSM) in line with global standards and local regulations.
Administer, implement, and review all medical surveillance (MSE) programs, AED programs, and corporate medical scorecard metrics across the region.
Standardize medical compliance, medical surveillance protocols, clinic processes, and standard metrics across all sites.
Conduct clinic audits and NOSM compliance reviews to assess performance against program requirements and regulatory expectations.
EMR / Systems Leadership & Data Management
Act as Superuser for the Electronic Health Record and other health IT applications (e.g., AED tracker, training trackers, safety/health frameworks).
Provide training and support to EHS teams and clinicians on health IT tools and documentation standards.
Analyze and trend contract metrics, surveillance data, and clinical indicators, and report outcomes to the Global Clinical Lead, Medical Director, and business leaders.
Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Support
Partner with Corporate, EHS, HR, Quality, and Site Leadership to ensure business compliance and execution of health services strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a clinical/medical liaison for sites, collaborating with the Global Clinical Lead and other value streams on policy, regulation, and compliance topics.
Partner with Crisis Management teams, acting as a consultant for Health Services during emergencies and business continuity events.
Support acquisition/merger integration as a Health Services consultant, particularly regarding clinic operations, compliance, and employee health programs.
Contract, Budget & Vendor Oversight
Provide oversight for regional/international clinic service contracts and global health/wellness contracts as delegated (e.g., ISOS, AED program), ensuring service quality and alignment with strategy.
Analyze contract performance metrics and drive corrective actions where needed.
Support management of budgets and schedules for health services initiatives in accordance with organizational goals.
Regional/International Team Support & Capability Building
Support the Executive Global Health Services Lead in coordinating Regional/International Clinic Leads or site-level clinicians, ensuring consistent execution of global standards.
Provide onboarding for clinic and No on Site Medical (NOSM) sites regarding medical compliance programs, health services processes, medical surveillance exams, EMR use, etc.
Manage and train cross-functional teams (EHS, HR, site leaders) on health services programs, regulatory compliance, and metrics.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university: BSN Preferred.
RN with current, unrestricted licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial or team lead experience in occupational/industrial health or non-hospital health settings; experience in large, matrixed organizations and multi-site or international roles.
Preferred Experience:
COHN strong preference; Master's degree in Health Services, Public Health, or Health Administration desirable.
Experience with TQM/Six Sigma/Lean strongly preferred.
8+ years of managerial or team lead experience in occupational/industrial health or non-hospital health settings; experience in large, matrixed organizations and multi-site or international roles.
Technical : Experience with EMR/occupational health information systems, data tracking, analysis and trending, and reporting to program leads and operational staff. Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint.
Regulatory: Training or experience in OSHA and other country-specific regulations, emergency medicine, ADA, DOT, HazCom, HSE or equivalent, data privacy, and disability management.

Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to prioritize and direct resources appropriately; manage and train cross-functional, multi-site teams; represent GE's vision and customer focus with multiple internal customers.
Analytical & Metric-Driven: Proactive, metric-driven, with strong data analysis capabilities; comfortable using metrics to drive decisions and report performance.
Professionalism & Integrity: Focused on employee confidentiality and its application to regulatory compliance, disability, EHS, and HR; strong professional presence, goal-directed, and self-starting; highly adaptive to change and complexity.
Pay and Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $158,000.00 - 210,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 27th, 2026.
