Human Resources Business Partner - Electrical Connections Commercial

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Collaborate with leadership teams to build and implement HR strategies that support commercial objectives and overall company vision.

Provide guidance and counseling to commercial leaders and employees on HR matters to improve leadership and team effectiveness, dynamics and accountability.

Support a variety of HR processes such as performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, employee relations, and HR policy development for the Commercial organization.

Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) teams such as payroll, compensation, benefits & HRIS to provide solutions as needed.

Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and data to provide actionable insights that inform talent decisions and organizational effectiveness

Partner with functional leads on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including leadership development, salesforce capability and cross-training.

Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract top talent, ensuring an inclusive candidate pipeline and develop sourcing strategies to hire people for our organization.

Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Support data accuracy including processing of employee information changes in global HRIS (Workday).

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting sales, marketing, customer care or other commercial teams within a dynamic organization.

Previous experience supporting sales incentive plans preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements to act as a subject matter expert to business groups.

Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and leaders.

Comfort with HRIS systems (strong preference for Workday), data analytics, and reporting tools; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
