We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Manufacturing/Supply Chain Transformation Leader to spearhead the design and execution of a comprehensive supply chain transformation strategy. This role is focused on enhancing resilience, efficiency, and long-term scalability within our global supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of a global manufacturing transformation strategy focused on resilience, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
Leverage artificial intelligence, digitization, automation, and other technologies to develop fit-for-purpose strategies.
Develop and deploy new operating models and organizational capabilities to support an Autonomous and Customer-centric supply chain.
Drive network and footprint optimization initiatives, including manufacturing, distribution, and supplier base strategy, to improve cost, speed, and service.
Build and institutionalize resilient supply chain capabilities, including risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and supplier diversification.
Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
Lead productivity and cost-to-serve improvement initiatives across all manufacturing/supply chain functions.
Establish robust performance management frameworks and KPIs to ensure delivery of transformation goals and operational excellence.
Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, measure outcomes, and report on KPIs.
Lead due-diligence, integration, and divestiture programs for any M&A activities.
Champion change management and cultural alignment, ensuring sustainable adoption of new ways of working across the global supply chain organization.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing/supply chain team.
Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and geopolitical trends to inform proactive manufacturing/supply chain strategy and investment decisions.
Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive insights and support decision-making processes.
Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of performance metrics.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives and obtain buy-in. Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, presenting updates and insights to the executive team.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience of proven leadership of global manufacturing/supply chain transformation programs, including strategy design and end-to-end execution that improves resilience, efficiency, and scalability.
Hands-on experience with network/footprint optimization (manufacturing, distribution, supplier base) to drive cost, speed, and service improvements.
Deep fluency in lean manufacturing/Six Sigma and performance management (KPIs) to deliver productivity and cost-to-serve improvements.
Ability to deploy enabling technologies (AI, digitization, automation, data analytics/BI) to inform decisions and institutionalize resilient capabilities.
Strong program/change leadership with executive stakeholder management, able to lead large-scale initiatives and present progress/KPIs to senior leadership.

PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $254,000 - 317,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
