HYBRID Customer Service Representative

HYBRID | $18.75-USD/hour

Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is searching for experienced Medical Administrative or Customer Service professionals in the Colorado area!

A Day in the Role:

Help Desk where people will call to get answers on

(1) how to login to the website,

(2) complex questions like submitting documentation to get payment and can't get the right document (have to look at documents and see what is missing - walk through an audit step)

(3) new to benefit calls (policy driven)

Need to get comfortable understanding where policies live and speak to the customer as they are navigating through this process

Someone who has independent troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail is required in this role

Will be working on-site in the Broomfield office during training for 90 days and then will work remotely after that

Hours are Mon-Fri 6 AM to 6 PM

Requirements:

2+ years experience in Front Desk Administration or Customer Service

Diploma or GED required

Multi-system experience

Call deescalation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
