Niagara Falls. Metro Environmental. Warehouse & heavy Equipment Manger. $25 - $32/hour.

Metro Environmental is seeking a qualified Warehouse & Heavy Equipment Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and the maintenance and deployment of company vehicles and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proven problem-solving ability, the capacity to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse operation that supports field crews and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations and delegate tasks to warehouse staff.

Maintain inventory tracking of materials, tools, and equipment including receiving, storage, orders and distribution.

Coordinate and perform deliveries of materials, tools, equipment, and trailers to and from job sites.

Manage company vehicles and heavy equipment including scheduling maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Maintain service orders, inventory logs, and other required operational documentation.

Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel, equipment, and facilities.

Operate forklifts, heavy machinery, and other equipment as required.

Oversee tool maintenance and ensure equipment is job-ready.

Assist with material handling, order intake, and warehouse organization.

Qualifications:

Leadership ability and experience supervising staff.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

General knowledge of construction tools, heavy equipment, and warehouse operations.

Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with equipment maintenance.

Ability to safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery.

Ability to haul trailers up to 24 feet.

Valid drivers license required.

Computer and technology use skills
