Description

We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is ideal for individuals with up to five years of experience who are eager to contribute to financial processes and analytical tasks while developing their attention to detail. In this role, you will support financial reporting, compliance, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.

Responsibilities:

Compile and maintain financial records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Assist with month-end close processes, including budget tracking and variance analysis.

Conduct compliance reviews to ensure financial transactions align with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Perform accounts payable activities and support inventory tracking, as needed.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Support forecasting and financial modeling efforts to optimize decision-making.

Collaborate with suppliers and other departments to streamline processes.

Provide administrative assistance to facilitate daily operations.

Handle ad hoc financial analysis and clerical tasks as assigned.

Monitor and track performance indicators to support strategic planning.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or accounting is a plus.

Up to five years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related duties.

Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining records.

Ability to create effective presentations and reports using financial data.

Experience with accounts payable and inventory activities is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
