Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned professional Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Directors, of the Stinger, NGSRI and IFPC portfolio within the Short Range Air Defense Portfolio of Land and Air Defenses (LADs). The Assistant will provide administrative support to three different portfolios with leadership and staff, and will be expected to work with others, building and maintaining relationships. The Assistant should be an effective communicator; someone who is aware of and responsive to the needs and concerns of the leadership team and team members. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position and a high attention to detail is critical, as work will often need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently under general supervision, even when shifting circumstances might demand a reprioritization of tasks. Following up carefully, closely, and respectfully is required to ensure quality work products are delivered.
What You Will Do
Provide administrative support to the group's leadership team and employees.
Collaborate and support all other administrative teams within the organization when necessary.
Maintain leaders' calendar management for meetings, events, offsites, conferences, and travel.
Answer routine questions on policies and procedures as it relates to the administrative performance, including travel and expense reporting, group meals, etc.
Coordinate meetings and functions, including arranging for visitors and ordering catering.
Facilitate meetings and drive slides for zoom and/or in-person formats.
Assist leadership team with travel arrangements and expense report processing to align with company policies and procedures.
Handle new employee onboarding documents and coordination.
Coordinate office moves within the portfolio as necessary.
Assist in maintaining company document repositories.
Order office supplies and maintain stock.
Coordinate and participate with other administrators to build a unified environment.
Provide support, guidance, and drive for evolving business changes, and process improvements.
Respond to complex email and phone inquiries professionally.
Assist lower-level staff in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation.
Review data entry and maintain accurate records.
Safeguard the confidentiality of Raytheon by exercising discretion in communicating information to internal staff and external partners.
Work logistics around the classified conference rooms and classified VTC rooms.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or Teams
Calendar management and/or meeting coordination
Qualifications We Prefer
Great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience booking travel and working with expense reports
Experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
