The PDMD department at Sanofi is seeking a motivated and talented student intern to join our dynamic team focused on transforming patient care through innovative technology solutions and data-driven insights. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact patient outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in health informatics, digital health technologies, and healthcare data analytics.
As a Student Intern in PDMD, you will work alongside experienced professionals on initiatives that leverage patient information systems, health value analytics, and cutting-edge technology platforms to support Sanofi's mission of empowering life through innovative healthcare solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
Support departmental projects and initiatives related to patient engagement
Assist with data analysis, visualization, and reporting activities to generate insights on patient outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional team members on patient engagement projects
Contribute to research and documentation efforts on patient journeys
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
Help with testing and quality assurance of applications and platforms
Assist with database maintenance and information management activities
Support process improvement initiatives within the department
Contribute to the development of presentations and materials for stakeholders
Help with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support team objectives
About You
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, Biology, Life Sciences, Public Health or Health Sciences, Data Science, Analytics, or related technical or healthcare field at an accredited college or university
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic data analysis and spreadsheet skills, including creating charts and simple formulas
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
Basic research and information gathering skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with databases and information management systems at a foundational level
Basic understanding of data visualization concepts
Ability to create clear and professional presentations and documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology and patient-centered solutions
